Maintenance and inspection of Russian EPIRBs "AFALINA", "ARBM-406H" and SARTs "DRIFT"

Service engineers of the radio navigation department "ROSFLOTSERVICE" (RN Department) passed a theoretical and practical training course on the basis of the factory-manufacturer of emergency beacons (EPIRBs) “Afalina”, “ARBM-406N” in the city of Yaroslavl.

Emergency radio beacons of Russian production, such as “AFALINA” and “ARBM-406” are equipped with ships of the Navy, boats of FSS of Russia, anti-sabotage boats that serve to protect the National interests of our country against external and internal threats anywhere in the world.

Based on the results of the training, “ROSFLOTERVICE” specialists were issued with a registered Certificate giving the right to conduct authorized service, including SBM, emergency beacons and radar transponders produced by "Yaroslavl Radio Manufacturing plant".
