3. Regular visit vessel at berth to ensure all requirements are followed;
4. All questions concerning Port State Control to be solved easily and in time;
5. Arrange supply delivery, service and maintenance at minimum prices;
6. Keeping of SOF (most favourable for customer);
7. Assistance to Master during disputes with stevedores, Port authorities etc.
