Repair of main engine on emergency ship "MUAMMER YAGCI" in port of Novorossiysk

The service engineers of OOO "ROSFLOTSERVICE" (MR Department) carried out emergency repairs of the main engine on ship "MUAMMER YAGCI" in port of Novorossiysk.

Upon completion of loading, the vessel could not start the engine and depart from the berth. For repairs, the Turkish company, ship owner and ship operator, nominated a marine service station “ROSFLOTSERVICE”.

In the shortest time, less than 1 day, the camshaft was properly repaired, the nozzles were adjusted, the gas distribution and air distribution were restored.

The engine was launched, presented to the crew vessel and to the inspector of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping RMRS (nominated by TURK LLOYD).

The scope and quality of the work performed was satisfied by the RMRS inspector, the ship's crew and the representative of the shipowner in port of Novorossiysk.

The ship is ready to proceed to the next port of discharge.
