Checking and calibration of gas analyzers
The calibration of the gas analyzer is understood as an adjustment of its readings on the calibration gas mixtures with a known content of the components to be determined.
The main reason for changing the readings of gas analyzers during operation is a gradual decrease in the sensitivity of the gas sensors used in the instruments, especially the electrochemical type, which have a limited service life.
The magnitude and dynamics of changes in the sensitivity of electrochemical sensors largely depends on the operating conditions of the instruments and, first of all, on the concentrations of the measured components. Therefore, changing the readings of instruments of the same type at the same operating time, but under different conditions, can differ substantially.
Realizing that one of the main criteria for consumers, after the purchase of devices, remains the preservation of a high degree of reliability of their indications, the laboratory "ROSFLOTERVICE" carefully approaches the calibration process. It is carried out by our specialists at the last stage of maintenance with the help of verification gas mixtures 0 and 1 digit accuracy, which guarantees the subsequent successful passage of periodic state verification by the device.
Technical personnel performing work on calibration and testing of gas analyzers constantly undergo advanced training courses at the enterprises of leading manufacturers of gas analyzers, such as "MSA", "DRAGER", "ANALITPRIBOR", "INSOVT".
In the warehouse of the laboratory is constantly maintained in the presence of the necessary number of sensors and batteries for gas analyzers.
General Director of ROSFLOTSERVICE LLC Roman Parshin was appointed as the Head of the Section of SEC Section of Maritime Government Collegium
