YACHT PROGRAM AND SPECIAL ANCHOR-WARD EQUIPMENT

Yacht program and special anchor and mooring equipment Adria Winch has more than 20 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of winches and equipment for yachts and special vessels. Over time, we developed three product groups:

The group contains 12 models of 3 power groups - 500W, 800W and 1000W

The group contains 5 types of winches - 2 models with a vertical shaft and 3 models with a horizontal shaft.

Thanks to this program, we can meet the special requirements of the customer. As a rule, these are individually developed products. The products are designed and developed in accordance with special technical requests, in cooperation with the designers and ship owners.

Such winches and necessary equipment are installed on large yachts and vessels of a specific purpose - in both cases, winches are used in civil shipbuilding and for ships serving naval forces.

GENERAL PERFORMANCE AND REMAINING CHARACTERISTICS

All the winches are the result of our twenty years of experience and development of Adria Winch. The whole program is implemented according to the rules of marine classification societies.

The coordination of the documentation, the certification of materials and components, the monitoring of production and the delivery tests are carried out as necessary under the supervision of the classification society. Winches are supplied with an individual certificate of the classification society.

The products are approved by the Croatian Shipping Register, Lloyd's Register, Det Norske Veritas, Beureau Veritas, the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and the Russian River Register.

Winches are designed to work with one or two anchors at the same time and allow mooring operations by horizontal or vertical turbochairs. The execution of the winches, the number and position of the chain sprockets and turrets can always be adjusted at the customer's request.

The transmission of anchor and mooring winches is specially designed in Adria Winch. All gearboxes have a high permissible load, an optimum speed-traction ratio and minimum power consumption. The gear elements are made of the best steel and bronze with increased mechanical properties and with careful and accurate processing of the gears.

The materials used ensure stability, reliability, long service life and wear resistance. Protection against corrosion is achieved through proper protection of parts during assembly and selection of the best materials. At the request of the customer, all deck work pieces can be made of stainless steel or anti-corrosion alloys, polished and / or chrome plated or anodized.

The production has a certificate of quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001/2000.

The concept, formation and selection of the material ensures a long period of use of the equipment without failing it with guaranteed terms from 1 to 5 years.

Buyers are provided with constant after-sales support. The replacement of components, maintenance, in our company is always available for all models, without taking into account the warranty period or the date of production of equipment.
