A plenary session with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation was held in Moscow

On March 24, 2021 General Director of ROSFLOTSERVICE LLC Roman Parshin took part in the plenary session "Procurement of high-tech domestic products: the experience of natural monopolies and state corporations."

The following persons participated in the plenary session:

• Borisov Yu. I. - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
• Chemezov S.V. - General Director of Rostekh Corporation;
• Osmakov V.S. - Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation;
• Heads of the backbone banks operating under the State Defense Order (Promsvyazbank, Novikombank) and the Federal Treasury;
• Governors, deputies of the National Duma, senators of the Federation Council and heads of natural monopolies and industrial companies that are part of state corporations Rostekh, Roscosmos, Rosatom, etc.

Also on this day at VDNKh there was a meeting of the National Duma Commission for legal support of development of organizations of the defense-industrial complex of the Russian Federation on the topic "State procurements in the defense-industrial complex. Training of personnel for state procurement management."

They discussed a comprehensive system for forecasting training and retraining needs for the defense industry and measures to reduce barriers to entry for defense industry enterprises in the civilian procurement system. They did not neglect the problems of interaction between defense industry enterprises and high-tech MOPs for the production of civilian products, as well as the issues of banking support for defense industry enterprises.
