Scheduled maintenance and emergency repair of ship pumps and auxiliary mechanisms

Repair of ship ballast, drainage, fire and sanitary pumps, pumps of main and auxiliary mechanisms at the ROSFLOTSERVICE service base in Novorossiysk.

The pump did not provide full performance, there was a liquid leak and excessive heating.

The faults were eliminated, the equipment was cleaned, the valves were repaired and adjusted, the packing, bearings were replaced, and the shaft was centered. The pump was delivered to the ship, installed and put into operation.

The list of works performed at the repair shop:

- disassembly of parts and defects identification;

- replacement of faulty pump parts;

- assembly of the centrifugal pump.
