Calibration of the automatic control system for oil-containing water filtering equipment at 15 ppm

Calibration and functional test of the oily water separator 15 ppm produced by DECKMA (Germany) was carried out at bunker-vessel "Gazpromneft Omsk" .

The sewage oil detectors are designed to be used in conjunction with 15 ppm oil-containing water separators and have technical data and performance characteristics that exceed the IMO 15 ppm signaling devices set forth in the MEPS Resolution 107 (49).

The matrix of optical sensors measures the ratio of the scattered light and the light absorbed by oil droplets in the sample stream. The sensor signals are processed by the microprocessor to obtain a proportional output signal.

In case of an emergency (exceeding the response threshold at the factory setting of 15 ppm after the set delay, two oil content alarm relays are activated.
