Discussing current issues of ship safety on the site of "ROSFLOTSERVICE"

Krasnodar Krai Governor Veniamin Kondratyev took part in the International Festival of Children's and Youth Scientific and Technical Creativity, the International Festival "Clear Prop!".

At the ROSFLOTSERVICE mount, samples of emergency rescue equipment for collective and individual rescue were demonstrated to the governor. Veniamin Kondratyev appreciated the presented lineup and emphasized that saving lives at sea is a priority and must be properly related to the tasks.

The mount of ROSFLOTSERVICE Company was visited by Rustem Klupov, Hero of the Russian Federation, and Honored Test Pilot of the Russian Federation, Deputy Head of the Flight Service of the Flight Test and Development Base “EDB Sukhoi”, Hero of the Russian Federation, Yury Vaschuk. The opportunities were discussed concerning using unmanned aerial vehicles as part of saving lives at sea.

Ilya Vasylievich Pomylev (Head of the civilian marine engineering department of the shipbuilding industry and marine engineering of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation) took part in the discussion of topical issues of safety of navigation at the #clearprop Festival site. During the discussion, implementation of the Order of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation No. 661 dd. 30.03.2015 on the need to equip Russian vessels with domestic emergency and safety equipment and bringing the actual indicator of domestic ESE up to 80% to the year 2020 was emphasized once again.
