The access regime to the seaports of the Krasnodar region was discussed at a meeting of the Ship Repair Section

In the format of the 21st century (in a video conferencing mode), the meeting of the Ship Repair Section of the Council for Maritime Activities of the Krasnodar region was held. 

At the meeting the issues of development of ship repair and shipbuilding in the Krasnodar region for the period 2022-2024 were discussed. General Director of ROSFLOTSERVICE, a member of the Scientific and Expert Council of the Maritime Collegium of the Government of the Russian Federation, Roman Parshin, informed the members participating in the meeting about the existing "administrative barrier" connected with the registration of annual passes to the port of Novorossiysk for employees and vehicles of ship repair enterprises, and suggested to study the possibility of digitalizing the entire process of approval and registration of passes to the territory of seaports of the Krasnodar region (pilot project). 

Deputy head of the Department of Industrial Policy of the Krasnodar region (V.V. Mostovoy) instructed the administration of Novorossiysk (A.I. Yamenskov) to jointly study this initiative. We continue to work on creating favorable business conditions that contribute to the efficient functioning of maritime activities in the ports of the Krasnodar region.

Also, Director of UNO "Industrial Development Fund of the Krasnodar region" made a report on the implementation of measures to support industrial enterprises of the Krasnodar region.
