Once again about the system problem when issuing passes to seaports and terminals of the Russian Federation.
September 1st is the beginning of the calendar autumn, but for enterprises of the maritime business the hottest time begins, the time for adventures and quests.
Why we associate it with the quests - we will tell you in our next issue #ParshinBezShtor.
Today we are talking about the current special access regime and rules for the admission of people and vehicles to transport infrastructure facilities, such as seaports and terminals. Let's talk about the administrative barriers that all enterprises, without exception, face from year to year, if their activities are connected with sea vessels, sea ports and terminals in the Russian Federation.
These are enterprises and companies which export our domestic products, these are service and ship repair companies, suppliers of ship components, marine registers, agents, freight forwarders, shipowners and many, many others.
In the today’s issue, we will take a detailed look at the process of obtaining passes on the example of the Novorossiysk seaport - which is the leader in cargo turnover in Russia, and at the end of our broadcast we will propose the ways to solve the existing system problem with the current access regime, or to be more precise, with the procedure for approving and obtaining passes.
