A contract was signed with Novorossiysk customs for servicing in 2017 a large customs vessel "TS-100", project 14232 "Mercury".

The docking of the vessel for scheduled repairs is planned for July 2017 in the territory of the shipyard complex Aleksino Port Marina, Novorossiysk.

The service engineers of LLC "ROSFLOTSERVICE", according to the technical specification of the Novorossiysk customs and the ship's commander, will carry out on board the complex of scheduled maintenance works for the shipborne radio navigation equipment and equipment of the Global Maritime Distress Service (GMDSS), will be delivered to the service base for testing and verification, all equipment to combat fire on the ship (fire extinguishers, fire hoses, breathing apparatus), emergency equipment (liferafts, lifebuoys, lifejackets, inflated duty boat).

Based on the results of the service, certificates will be issued, in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS) and the Flag Administration (Russia).

The service departments of the SF Department - emergency rescue and RN Department - radio navigation equipment of LLC "ROSFLOTSERVICE" carried out full technical maintenance of ship equipment and systems, within the framework of the concluded contract for servicing the SOCHI-2 and ARTEK boats (the owner - ICC "Artek", Crimea, Yalta)

The liferafts of the Russian company OOO NPP Dana in Ufa were delivered to the ARTEK pleasure boat in 2016, and in 2017 their first maintenance was carried out on the service base of ROSFLOTERVIS LLC in Novorossiysk (photo).

Lifejackets, lifebuoys, fire extinguishers, fire hoses, stationary systems of carbon dioxide (CO2) firefighting, radio navigation and GMDSS equipment after the necessary maintenance work is in satisfactory condition.

Vessels are ready for operation this season properly.

Shipchandler Department (SS Department) of LLC "ROSFLOTSERVICE" and FSUE "ROSMORPORT" (operator - "BLACK SEA CRUISES COMPANY") signed a contract for the supply of the necessary kit of rescue equipment and materials for the cruise liner "KNYAZ VLADIMIR" (formerly "ROYAL IRIS") confirmation of the class of the vessel in the Register of Shipping.

According to FSUE "ROSMORPORT", a comfortable liner "KNYAZ VLADIMIR" will make regular cruise flights in the Black Sea region to navigation in 2017. Regular cruise service will begin on June 11 on the route Sochi - Novorossiysk - Yalta - Sevastopol - Sochi.

Upon completion of consideration of provided Technological Instructions describing the process by which "ROSFLOTERVICE" employees carried out hydraulic tests of pressure receptacles (cylinders of the carbon dioxide extinguishing system and air balloons), the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping Novorossiysk branch supervised the execution of the control work and, as a result, issued a Certificate of Compliance LLC "ROSFLOTSERVICE" to the requirements of RMRS for the implementation of the above hydraulic tests.

The certificate of the RMRS is valid until 2022.

DV Department LLC "ROSFLOTSERVICE" by the request of Korean shipowner "DORIKO LIMITED" and ship operator company "DAEWOO LOGISTIC CORP". a diving survey of underwater part of the ship hull was carried out, a rifle group and kingston gratings were inspected.

Underwater inspection showed significant damage to all four propeller blades in the form of edge bends, notches, longitudinal cracks and rupture of the blade edges. The customer is provided with a detailed report with a video recording of the conducted inspection.

With the operator of the vessel, further negotiations are in progress to carry out the emergency repair of the propeller group afloat without the ship being taken out of service.

Department of Underwater Technical Works (DV Department) of LLC "ROSFLOTERVICE" offers:

1. Underwater survey of a vessel on a class, underwater photo and video shooting;
2. Cleaning of the underwater part of the hull, gratings, kingston boxes, bilge keel, rudder, screw, anode replacement;
3. Underwater repair of ship hulls - underwater cutting and welding;
4. Polishing of the screw;
5. Repair of bottom and outboard fittings, propeller-and-rudder system;
6. Cleaning of the propeller-and-rudder system from foreign objects;
7. Emergency diving works;
8. Underwater search for lost property, anchors, chains.

On April 14, 2017, an annual audit of “RMRS” was completed to confirm the Certificate of Recognition of “ROSFLOTSERVICE”.

Based on the results of the tests and examination of the “RMRS”, the validity of the Certificate is confirmed until 17.03.2018.

In addition to the audit, the list of works performed by the company was expanded. The following types have been added to the activities already carried out and a new Certificate of the “RMRS” has been issued:

- Inspection and maintenance of inflatable liferafts produced by the company “YANTAI HUAYANG LIFESAVING EQUIPMENT” (China);

- Inspection and maintenance of inflatable liferafts manufactured by “DANA” (Russia);

- Inspection and maintenance of inflatable liferafts manufactured by “UZEMIK” (Russia);

- Inspection and maintenance of inflatable life jackets of the “Neptun” and “Chernomor” type produced by the “NGO of Special Materials”;

- Check and maintenance of fire alarms system;

- Inspection and maintenance of ship stationary aerosol extinguishing systems;

- Inspection and maintenance of ship stationary systems of carbon dioxide fire extinguishing;

- Maintenance and repair, testing of lifeboats and launching devices, release devices of any types and manufacturers on ships under the class of RS not falling under the requirements of the SOLAS Convention.
